Originally from Brazil, Solomon moved to New York City as a child before eventually finding his home in the Hudson Valley. An explorer and natural host at heart, he loves introducing people to the region and helping them discover the communities that best fit their lifestyle.

Whether working with buyers, sellers, or investors, Solomon brings enthusiasm, honesty, and a steady perspective to every transaction.

With a proven track record across Dutchess, Ulster, Columbia, and Greene counties, Solomon is known for his approachable style, sharp negotiation skills, and ability to keep the bigger picture in focus. His hands-on experience owning and managing short-term rental properties also makes him an invaluable resource for investment buyers, helping clients identify opportunities and build successful portfolios from the start.

Before transitioning into real estate, Solomon built a career in the nightlife industry in New York City, Los Angeles, and New Orleans, experiences that honed his people skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Today, he lives in Dutchess County with his family. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him cheering on the Yankees, at CrossFit, or spending time with his two children. He frequently partners with his wife, Lindsay Allen, also an agent at Upstate Down, forming one of the area’s top-producing real estate teams.
