Born and raised in New York City, Caitlin moved to Germantown in 2021, where she and her husband renovated their home from top to bottom. Growing up with parents who owned a design-build company in Brooklyn, she developed an early appreciation for thoughtful design, construction, and the countless details that bring a vision to life.

She joined Upstate Down when the company was run from Jon and Delyse’s kitchen table and has helped grow it into the multi-faceted business it is today.

As Chief Operating Officer of Upstate Down, Caitlin oversees the day-to-day operations of the company’s three businesses: real estate, interior design, and retail. She is responsible for building the systems, processes, and infrastructure that allow the company to grow while maintaining the thoughtful, highly personalized experience Upstate Down is known for. From launching new initiatives and streamlining operations to managing technology, marketing, finance, and strategic planning, she thrives on turning ambitious ideas into reality.
A self-proclaimed spreadsheet enthusiast, Caitlin loves solving complex problems, refining workflows, and yes, meticulously planning a tile layout. She believes that beautiful businesses, much like beautiful homes, are built on a strong foundation, careful planning, and an obsessive attention to detail.
