Kristin grew up in Montclair, New Jersey, in a family of creative entrepreneurs, where an early appreciation for architecture, interiors, and beautifully designed spaces sparked a lifelong passion for real estate. After building a successful career as a designer in New York City, she spent decades owning, renovating, and managing commercial and residential properties throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, developing a deep understanding of real estate investment and value creation.
Her portfolio included an 8,000-square-foot loft and retail property on Reade Street in Tribeca, as well as a penthouse in the iconic landmark building at Rockefeller Center.

Through each renovation, Kristin refined her eye for design, strengthened her investment instincts, and gained firsthand experience maximizing a property’s potential.

Today, Kristin calls Rhinebeck home, where she continues to invest in income-producing properties and owns a retail shop on East Market Street. She loves helping clients recognize the possibilities within a home and guiding them through one of life’s most meaningful transitions. Whether working with buyers, sellers, or fellow investors, Kristin brings creativity, practical experience, and genuine enthusiasm to every transaction.
