Caitlin is the Chief Operating Officer of Upstate Down. Born and raised in New York City, she moved to Germantown, NY in 2021, where she and her husband took on a top to bottom renovation of their house, deepening her hands on connection to the region’s homes and architecture. Her background spans retail operations, with roles at American Apparel and URBN, as well as coworking space design and build, experience that shaped her operational and brand instincts long before Upstate Down existed. She has been with the company since its kitchen table days, bringing the same hands on approach to the business that she brings to her own home.
