Jon Berry is the Co-Founder and Principal Broker of Upstate Down, where he has spent more than a decade helping clients discover extraordinary homes throughout the Hudson Valley. Before establishing Upstate Down as an independent boutique brokerage in 2021, Jon and his wife, Delyse, spent eight years selling real estate with Houlihan Lawrence as the Upstate Down Team. Earlier in their careers, they owned and operated a retail shop in Brooklyn, an experience that sharpened their eye for design, branding, and creating meaningful customer experiences.

Outside of real estate, Jon is an avid music lover and DJ who believes the best homes, much like the best records, have personality, soul, and a story worth preserving. He lives in the Hudson Valley with Delyse and their three children, where together they continue to grow the business and community they’ve spent years building.
