Kate has called the Hudson Valley home since 1999, when she and her husband relocated with their two children in search of the region’s close-knit communities, natural beauty, and slower pace of life. More than two decades later, she continues to be inspired by everything that makes the area such a special place to live.

Equal parts researcher and guide, Kate is known for finding answers others might overlook.

Before beginning her real estate career, Kate spent many years as a librarian at Bard College, where she developed exceptional research skills, thoughtful attention to detail, and an ability to truly listen to people’s needs. Those strengths have translated naturally into real estate, allowing her to thoughtfully guide buyers and sellers through every step of the process with patience, care, and confidence.

Kate loves introducing clients to the Hudson Valley’s rich history, vibrant small towns, outstanding restaurants, craft breweries, and endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. She also has a longstanding passion for sustainable living and green building. In 2016, she and her husband built a net-zero Passive House, giving her firsthand experience with high-performance homes and energy-efficient design. Whether helping clients find their first home, a weekend retreat, or their forever home, Kate is committed to making the experience both enjoyable and rewarding.
